Get Price History

Price-change timeline for a listing: the first observed price (LISTED) plus every subsequent decrease (PRICE_DROP) and increase (PRICE_INCREASE). Returns the 100 most recent events, newest first. An entry whose price is unchanged from the one before it is also reported as LISTED (with pctChange: null), so a series can hold more than one LISTED event.

Delisting, rental, and sale events are not included; the API does not record them. To tell whether a listing is still on the market, read status on GET /v1/property/{id}.
